Pelagic Sea Birds

This section contains birds that live in The Pelagic Zone. They live on the surface of the ocean, far from land.
New Zealand Pelagic Seabirds spend their entire life at sea and only visit the land to breed and raise their chicks. New Zealand has the highest numbers of different Albatross species in the world.

Boney Whitefoot offers customised Bird Photography Workshops for those keen to develop their photographic skills.
